| | | | Pennsylvania Hotels | | | | For 40 years, bikers have complained about their helmets, but as of Halloween, 2007, there were only 20 official complaints going back to 1995 on file at the NHTSA. There are 500,000 helmets recalled and most are probably on our heads! Tell NHTSA to force helmet makers to make helmets they are willing to stand behind and are rated for 70 mph. If they made a better product, the government would not have to force people to wear these torture devices.

Ride for Autism
Lucky Seven Motorcycle Club announces its inaugural Ride for Autism will be held on Saturday, April 7th. The event, which will benefit The Center for Autism, a non-profit autism treatment center, will begin at Wissahickon High School, 521 Houston Rd, Ambler PA, and conclude at Citizens Bank Park (Lot "P" off Darien St.).
More than 1,000 bikers from the Delaware Valley and surrounding areas are expected to ride in this event, which will take place during Autism Awareness Month. All proceeds raised will benefit The Center for Autism and its services for the autistic community in Philadelphia.

Covered Bridge Poker Run

Ride For Victory 2007
On Saturday May 12, 2007 the Jersey Shore YMCA will be holding its "Ride For Victory 2007". Proceeds from this event benefit "Camp Victory" in Millville, PA. Cost for registration is $15.00 for rider, $5.00 for passenger and include food. Costs for the poker run and bike show are $5.00 each. Pre-Registration Deadline is May 7, 2007. Registration is available the day of the ride. Registration is from 9 AM-11 AM at the Jersey Shore YMCA and the ride will begin there. There will also be a bike blessing ceremony at 8:30 AM.
