Connecticut Bikers - BIKERS USA has revamped the Connecticut motorcycle events section to be used for New England biker rights and other Connecticut biker resources.

Complain to the NHTSA about your poorly designed, defective Motorcycle Helmet!

For 40 years, bikers have complained about their helmets, but as of Halloween, 2007, there were only 20 official complaints going back to 1995 on file at the NHTSA. There are 500,000 helmets recalled and most are probably on our heads! Tell NHTSA to force helmet makers to make helmets they are willing to stand behind and are rated for 70 mph. If they made a better product, the government would not have to force people to wear these torture devices.

Update: Within the first 48 hours of the Halloween 2007 Campaign, the number of official helmet complaints on file doubled compared to the last 12 years! Please tell all bikers they should be making their helmet complaints official. It’s easy!

7th annual MS Motorcycle Ride unites tires to pavement and hearts to a cause. The Greater Connecticut Chapter 40-mile ride bnefits the more than 6,000 residents diagnosed with MS, a potentially debilitating disease of the central nervous system. The ride kick starts at 11 a.m. and ends in Hebron, Conn. Finish line activities include a down home barbeque, live entertainment and games.
