|  | Alabama Bikers - BIKERS USA has revamped the Alabama motorcycle events section to be used for Alabama biker rights and other Alabama biker resources. |
| | | For 40 years, bikers have complained about their helmets, but as of Halloween, 2007, there were only 20 official complaints going back to 1995 on file at the NHTSA. There are 500,000 helmets recalled and most are probably on our heads! Tell NHTSA to force helmet makers to make helmets they are willing to stand behind and are rated for 70 mph. If they made a better product, the government would not have to force people to wear these torture devices.

Update: Within the first 48 hours of the Halloween 2007 Campaign, the number of official helmet complaints on file doubled compared to the last 12 years! Please tell all bikers they should be making their helmet complaints official. It’s easy!

Takes place at the Harborview Center, 300 Cleveland Street in Clearwater, Florida. The Florida Bike Build Off will run in conjunction with the Expo. Bike-O-Rama Motorcycle Rally
Bike-O-Rama is always the third weekend in May.
Bay Minette Civic Club’s “Bike-O-Rama 12 Motorcycle Rally” will change to May 18-19-20 this year instead of in August. The Rally is held at 16173 Old Brady Road in Bay Minette, Alabama. All makes of motorcycles welcome. Public is welcome. It is a family oriented charity fundraiser, presented by the Bay Minette Civic Club, Inc. Bike-O-Rama benefits BMCC "Charity Fund" which helps needy people, and the club’s "Recycle Your Bicycle" and "Underprivileged Children Christmas Shopping Tour" projects.
Sponsors and in-kind advertising needed. Bands wishing to donate or discount a performance are invited. Anyone who can distribute BIKE-O-RAMA fliers and business cards please contact BMCC.

Additional info Greg gave to Bikers USA: We have dropped our camping fee, so more will probably camp this year. No electric or water hookups. Vendors pay for 20x20 booth space: $100, $125 with electric, extra spaces $75. Our admission is $15 weekend, 12 and under free. We were the 4th weekend in August, but it has been too hot and rainy, so now it will be the 3rd weekend in May.
